High Point Academy celebrated its annual Spring Auction and Parents’ Night to benefit the school’s arts program at the Westin Hotel in Pasadena on Saturday, April 30.
In memory of Sandi Brune, an art and music teacher for over 30 years, the evening raised funds for the renovation of the art studio.
Approximately 200 faculty, staff, parents and guests attended the fundraiser held outside on the multi-level courtyard. The event included a silent auction and hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour and a live auction and tribute to Brune with words from Kris Haines, Acting School Principal of the High Point Academy, and Zack Davis, an art teacher at the school. The renovated art studio will be dedicated to Brune.
