UHI Moray Fine Arts Salon Reopens to Public After Coronavirus Pandemic

AFTER a two-year absence, the UHI Moray Fine Art Degree Show reopens to the public this month.

The Moray campus exhibition, one of four in the Highlands and Islands, is open June 13-18. It will feature works by fourth-year fine arts students from UHI Moray.

Students with exhibited work are Olga Dean Hart, Tilly Howie, Sergio Iannuccilli, Kayleigh Kellas, Sue Little and Melissa Sandova.

The exhibition will feature a diverse range of works, from oil paintings to drawings and sculpture.

Dr. Norman Shaw, Head of Fine Arts Program at UHI, said: “It is great to have our degree exhibits back on site after the challenges of the past two years.

“It’s exciting to be able to invite people to come see the shows in person. As always, it’s shaping up to be a great pair of weeks, with an incredibly diverse range of fascinating work from our students.

“We hope to attract our local communities and visitors to enjoy the artistic talents of our students and talk to us about study options for next year.

“Each of UHI’s four campuses offers fabulously unique and diverse creative pathways that would suit those looking for full-time or part-time courses.”
